Frequently Asked Questions

Do you see clients in person?

At this time, I am only seeing clients virtually. This enables me to lower my business costs, which means that I can offer lower fees. This also allows me to provide services all across the state of Texas. There is a shortage of mental health professionals available to those who live in certain areas of the state, and I would like to be part of the solution to the problem.

How does telehealth work?

Telehealth occurs via a simple, secure, HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform. You do not need to download any software, and you can access appointments from your computer or most smartphones. Telehealth allows you to spend less time commuting while attending appointments from wherever you are comfortable.

Do you take insurance?

I am not currently in-network with any insurance companies. However, I am happy to provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible fee reimbursement.

What is your availability?

I am available Sunday through Friday, and I offer evening appointments. Visit my booking page to see what appointment times are currently available. If you do not see a time that works for you, please reach out via phone, text, or email as I often have new openings that have not yet been published online.

What is an LPC Associate?

LPC Associate stands for Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. An LPC Associate is a professional who has earned a master’s degree, completed a practicum and internship, passed a national competency exam and a state jurisprudence exam, and is licensed to provide counseling and therapy in Texas under the supervision of a state-approved supervisor.
